Jamie Davidson M.S., has a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and has been a Health Professional for over 30 years. She began her work at the YMCA as a Fitness Director and has worked in the areas of fitness, cardiac rehab, corporate wellness, weight management and nutrition. Jamie currently teaches busy people how to eat nutritiously conveniently with her popular class ‘Quick and Healthy Meals from Costco and Trader Joe’s’, and has written three cookbooks aimed at helping people prepare meals and snacks quickly and easily: Quick and Healthy Meals from Trader Joe’s, Livin’ Lean with Trader Joe’s and Simmering Solutions, Healthy Slow-Cooker Recipes, all available on her Jamie Davidson Cooks! website as well as on Amazon and other venues.
She has worked with many private clients as well as groups in the area of weight loss and maintenance successfully, allowing her clients to gain a whole new lease on life as they enjoy being slender and healthy, sometimes for the first time in their lives.
